We invite you to apply to set up and service a merchandise table at the third annual Salem Jazz and Soul Festival on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Salem Willows Park. We are inviting 30 to 40 vendors in the following categories:
Our aim is to provide an opportunity primarily for local artists, artisans and businesses to exhibit and sell their goods during the festival. We are committed to making Salem a destination for music and the arts.
We welcome your application, which will be reviewed and selected on a juried basis. Fees for booth space are $60 per vendor, or if you share one space with another vendor, the cost is $40 per vendor. Interested vendors should review the Exhibitor Registration Guidelines, and complete a Vendor Application and CORI form (required by the city of Salem). Please submit these materials, as well as three photos of your work (or a link a website where it can be seen), and a fee for your booth no later than June 1, 2009. If you are selected as a vendor, the deposit will be non-refundable. If you are not selected, we will return your deposit.
